Gullbrannagården

Gorgeous Gullbrannagården is south of Halmstad and is open all year round. Nearby is Gullbrannastranden, a 10-kilometre long, child-friendly, sandy beach. In the holiday season, activities are arranged for all the family and the restaurant is open every day. There is also a shop to wake you with the smell of freshly baked bread every morning.

First Camp Tylösand–Halmstad

– a bathing paradise
A moment’s walk from Sweden’s most beautiful beach, there is First Camp Tylösand-Halmstad. The beach at Tylösand is part of a four-kilometre long bathing paradise that is considered to be one of Sweden’s best. In the holiday season, there are popular children’s clubs in the camping area. There are also masses of opportunities for leisure activities, outings and amusement for all the family.

Nordic Camp Karlstorp–Halmstad

At Nordic Camp Karlstorp–Halmstad, you can devote your days to bathing, windsurfing, diving... or simply relaxing in a deck chair. You are only three kilometres from Tylösand’s famous, sandy beach and all the activities offered there. Those who prefer bathing on rocks or in small secluded bays will also find what they want here. Additionally, there are supervised children’s activities in the holiday season.

Vilshärads Camping

Vilshärads Camping is about ten kilometres from Halmstad in a lush, beautiful, countryside setting. It is close to Vilshärad’s long, sandy beach, the salt sea and a nature reserve. In the holiday season, activities are arranged for old and young alike. The area has a café with freshly baked bread and small shop. Minigolf, basketball and outdoor chess guarantee lots of fun here.

First Camp Hagön–Halmstad

Only six kilometres from Halmstad City,First Camp Hagön–Halmstad is set in green countryside and has the salt waters of the Skagerrak and Kattegat as its neighbours. The kilometre-long Östra Stranden beach offers its warm, soft sands. Minigolf, boule, a playground, bouncy castle and lawns for ball games are amongst the site’s attractions. There are fun, supervised, children’s activities in the holiday season.

Strandgården Vilshärad

Camping site, hostel, tent pitches and conference facility, all on the sea’s doorstep! Strandgården in Vilshärad comes even more to life in hot weather. Its varied summer programme includes special church services and celebrations, concerts, exhibitions, supervised children’s activities, family evenings, shows and buffet evenings. A baker’s shop, kiosk, café and restaurant are also open in the summer.

Haverdals Camping

– next door to Scandinavia’s highest sand dune
North of Halmstad, Haverdals Camping is on the beautiful coastal road. Pets on leads are welcome. Try out the crazy golf course! This lovely, family camping site is within walking distance of Haverdal’s beach. Its several kilometre-long, child-friendly sands have wonderful dunes. The area borders on the Haverdal nature reserve. Popularly known, as “Troll Forest”, this beautiful reserve includes Scandinavia’s highest sand dune.

Laxvik Camping

Here, you can enjoy the tranquility while still being close to Halmstad's activities, just 10 kilometers away.
